How does pricing work at Evergreen House?
Each space — Evergreen Work, Work Home, and The Drafting Room — has its own subscriptions, hourly rates, and day passes. Pricing updates live from our internal system, so what you see here is always current.
What do membership credits include?
1 credit = ₹100 of value, redeemable across bookings, food, drinks, and partner experiences inside the house. Credits never expire while your membership is active.
Can I book a meeting room without being a member?
Yes. Meeting rooms are available hourly to anyone, but members get preferred pricing and priority availability windows.
What is the difference between Landmark, Foundry, and Draft cards?
Landmark is the entry tier with essential perks. Foundry adds wine discounts, member events, and longer validity. Draft is invite-only — concierge access, secret menu items, and 6 month validity. Compare them in the Members Credit tab above.
How do I get an invite for the Draft Card?
The Draft Card requires an invite plus a referral from an existing member. If you've been recommended, our team will reach out with next steps.
What's included with food & beverages?
Members get full access to the Love Ooru wine menu, Blue Tokai coffee, the Pizza Express menu, and a curated beer selection — billed at menu price plus a 20% service charge.
Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
Yes. Subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, then will not auto-renew. To pause or modify mid-cycle, reach out at the front desk.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, all major credit and debit cards, and bank transfer for annual plans. Memberships and subscriptions are billed monthly from the day you join.
